Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria collection is full of dreamy florals, but Flora Salvaggia is my first choice for spring. Juicy watermelon, white florals, and wildflower accord come together to create a fresh floral fragrance that’s oh-so-elegant for a sunny spring day. And, of course, it comes in Guerlain’s signature gilded bottle that’s just as gorgeous as the fragrance itself.

Featuring accords of blonde wood and rice steam alongside white musks and mimosa, L'Eau Papier is spring’s best "your skin but better" scent. As far as florals go, it’s extremely easygoing and has a slight tart quality thanks to the citrus notes.
You can find it at any French pharmacy, though it’s a bit trickier to track down in the U.S. Luckily, the body oil and shower gel in the same scent are available on Amazon (and honestly, they might smell even better than the perfume!)
Notes: Grapefruit, lemon, Calabrian bergamot, orange blossom, magnolia, musk
What customers say: “Feminine, lighthearted and fresh white florals with a tangy grapefruit twist, like wearing a floaty floral sundress and eating raspberries in summer. Très à la française !” —Fragrantica
Best Luxury Perfume: Parfums de Marly Delina

A warm base of cashmere wood and musk make it just as mysterious as it is romantic.
This one is definitely the priciest pick on this list, but is well worth every penny if you’re looking to treat yourself or someone special.

Shop Spring Perfumes
Whether you prefer floral and fruity aromas or lean towards citrus and fresh scents, there's a spring fragrance waiting to become your seasonal signature.
I usually reach for classic floral scents in the spring, but this year I’m tempted to mix things up with something a little muskier. After getting endless compliments on Glossier You last year, I’m debating whether to repurchase it or finally splurge on Diptyque’s L’Eau Papier. Either way, I can’t wait to refresh my fragrance lineup for the sunnier days ahead (even if it means saying goodbye to my favorite gourmand perfumes).
